white chair talk...literally

I can now say that I have a fiance (that's fun to say) with a ring on the way. Nic came to KTown on Thursday and Friday. He and dad made themselves quite comfortable in the infamous white chairs and so it began...Nic asked my dad for my hand in marriage and it's done. Done and done. I seriously can't believe sometimes that I'm getting married - I just want to jump up and down (sometimes I do hehe). Thank you Nic for having the respect and asking my dad - it means a lot to me. Thank you for coming to KTown. Yay. Thanks are in order to my dad (although he doesn't read this). Thank you for being the kind of dad you are.

Nic and I went on a lovely horse ride with Rio and Moose (forgive my weird squinty face - it was bright).

Mom and I found some amazing shoes to wear with my beautiful wedding dress. They are very simple and elegant - love them. Close toed for the season, small heel, and slight beading.

Love the shoes! The beads add a nice bit of bling to them.
I am glad that Nic has now had the privelege of having a white chair talk... you aren't really "in" until you've had one! Congrats Nic on being inducted into the Stewart family. :) Hope my dad wasn't too hard on you.

I can say that I actually was able to get "in" to the family without a white chair talk...I guess it is just for the guys...and I am pretty happy about that. I think I might have been a little scared to sit down with Paul for an hour.

I am jealous of your horse ride, looks like fun!

And I too love the shoes!

Well, at least his white chair talk was for a good reason. My multiple white chair talks....not so much! :)

Cute shoes! You're going to be one pretty lady! (Well you already are!)

I'm jealous of your horse ride. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to do that this summer being seven months pregnant! Dang!

I am so excited for you!!! You will for sure have to tell me when the wedding is. I bet Nic is glad the hard part is over for him (asking your Dad if he can marry you). Sean always says that was the hardest thing to do, even though my dad was really nice to him. Congrats again!
